1st Annual Jugs Health Fair |

The Jugs hosted their 1st Health Fair at the Jugs’ Clubhouse. The public was invited to participate in Free Health Screenings with on-site exams for: Diabetes, High Blood Pressure and Cholesterol. Surrounding churches were invited to send their parishioners with a focus on African American males 40 years and older. The event was coordinated by Jug Member Dr. Philip Lundy and included a special seminar presented noted Cardiologist Dr. Robert Matheny. Medical Professionals volunteered their time and expertise for the benefit of the community. |
